What we collect and why
The inquiry form
Name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), nationality, where you are staying, preferred departure date, number of travellers, preferred route and your question. We use these only to reply to your inquiry, recommend a route and prepare a quote. Each field explains why it's needed next to it.
The form does not ask for passport numbers or passport images. If you type something that looks like a passport number in the question box, the form removes it in your browser before the message is sent.
WhatsApp and email
If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to send. Those services are operated by third parties under their own privacy terms.
If you book a trip
To organise a booked trip we may need further details, such as passport information for travel arrangements. We will tell you what is needed, why, and how it will be handled at that point, separately from this website form.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set analytics cookies unless you choose "Allow analytics" in the banner. If you do, Google Analytics 4 records anonymous usage information such as pages visited and buttons clicked, to help us see which pages are useful. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It processes technical information about your browser to tell people from bots.
Who processes your data for us
- Cloudflare: website hosting, form processing and spam protection.
- Resend: delivering form inquiries to our inbox.
- Google: analytics, only if you consent.
Some of these providers process data outside Vietnam. We don't sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
If your inquiry doesn't lead to a booking, we delete it after 1 month.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent or have it deleted, subject to any legal obligation to keep it. Write to [email protected]. We'll reply within the time required by Vietnamese personal data protection law.
