Cancellation and Refund Policy
Plans change. Here is what happens to your booking and payment if you cancel or if we cancel.
If you cancel

| 3 days or more before departure | Everything you paid is refunded except a cancellation fee of VND 1,000,000. |
| Between 24 hours and 3 days before departure | 50% of the amount you have paid is refunded. The cancellation fee is never less than VND 1,500,000. |
| Less than 24 hours before departure, or no-show | No refund. |
| Flight tickets (fly-out visa runs) | Non-refundable once booked. |
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected]. The time we receive your message is the time used for the table above.
If you change your date
Departure dates can't be changed once a booking is confirmed. To travel on a different date, cancel under the rules above and book again.
If we cancel
If we cancel a private car trip, you receive a 100% refund of what you paid us. For fly-out trips, flight cancellations and changes made by the airline follow the airline's own conditions.
Government fees
Visa and border fees are paid to government authorities. Once an application has been submitted, the government fee is normally non-refundable.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid by bank transfer within 1 working day of the cancellation being confirmed.
